By accessing, using, browsing or purchasing from this website you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability. You also acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. Blossom & Bee may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time, and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by the Terms and Conditions, as amended.
Fees, Charges & Payments
The Blossom & Bee floral arrangement fees shown on our website include GST and all other fees and charges including delivery. There are no hidden fees at the end!
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.
Ordering
To process your order, Blossom & Bee collects some basic information from you. For information on how we obtain, use and store your personal information please see our Privacy Policy.
Payment must be confirmed before we can send your flowers.
You should receive a confirmation via email once your order payment has gone through. If you do not receive this, there may have been an issue in processing your order. Don’t stress, just send us an email at buzzme@blossomandbee.com.au and we can sort you out.
Flower Availability
We offer one style of flowers on any given day.
A limited number of posies are available each week. Once sold out the home page will be updated stating that that week’s posies are no longer available for purchase.
The images found on this site are used as guides and may not be exactly the same as the final product. Occasionally, the flowers be substituted with alternative flower types if stock runs low during the day. However we will always make sure that the substituted arrangement resembles the featured arrangement as closely as possible.
Delivery
Blossom and Bee operates on the Gold Coast and our blooms are available from Monday-Friday. We deliver between 11:00am and 5:30pm. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times.
We will leave flowers at, or near the door, or in another spot we deem safe if there is no response when we deliver. If necessary, we will contact the recipient to let them know where we’ve left their goodies.
If there is nowhere safe to leave them we will call the recipient/sender to re-arrange delivery. This may result in extra delivery charges.
Ordering Ahead
If you choose to send a Blossom & Bee posy on a later date, you accept that you will not see the style of flowers until the week of delivery when it will be too late to change your order.
Days of Operation
Blossom and Bee does not deliver daily on weekends, public holidays or over the Christmas period (unless otherwise notified on our website).
Warranties, refunds and cancellations
Every flower is different and some are more delicate than others. You should expect your flowers to last at least 3 days. If for any reason (excluding extreme heat conditions) they last less than 3 days, or you are not happy with your order, please get in touch with us immediately so we can remedy the situation.
With the nature of our quick turn around times, we are unable to refund you if you change your mind about a ‘send now’ purchase.
We are unable to refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us. It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions.
In the event that the wrong delivery address is given to us, we can redeliver the flowers but this will be at an extra cost to the sender.
For future orders, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by emailing us at buzzme@blossomandbee.com.au.
Privacy Policy
We take privacy seriously and understand that the information you give to us is personal.
We may collect your information in the following ways:
-registering with us as a customer, to make future ordering easier
-purchasing products online
-collecting data about your activities when you visit our website. For example the content you view, the date and time you view it, products purchased.
When placing an order we also require basic information about the recipient to ensure we can deliver the flowers securely.
The primary reason we need your information is to make sure your order is processed and delivered without any problems. We do keep billing, shipping and order information to make subsequent orders and enquiries quicker and easier.
Personal information held by Blossom & is available upon request. A reasonable fee may apply for this service.
